If you're looking for a great Seattle Neighborhood with name recognition, luxury homes, a quick commute to South Lake Union and Water View Homes on Puge Sound, check out Magnolia Seattle, WA.
The Magnolia neighborhood is a great place to live. It has some really nice homes and great views from public park. My friend who is an attorney enjoys jogging along the bluff and can even run or bike to work in downtown Seattle, WA. (After she travels through what she calls "Amazonia" where all the amazon offices are located.)
Magnolia in Seattle, WA feels very residential, but is actually quite close to the urban core. It also features the AMAZING Discovery Park which is great for walks, jogs, dogs, and kids. This is a "destination" park, and I drive 45 minutes to bring my kids here several times a year. It's right on the Magnolia bluff - one of Seattle's treasures.
