Learning how to live alone - budgeting, grocery shopping, cooking and organising VLOG
Hi!! okay so this vlog was filmed a couple of months ago - but I asked if you guys wanted to see it and the majority voted yes. Here's a vlog from when I was living on my own and had some friends over (ones who have moved out of home and have a little more experience with budgeting, grocery shopping and cooking)
A little bit of an update: I am currently searching for a permanent place to live. The other places were short term stays, just to try it out. The search has been harder than I thought it'd be, but It's all part of the journey :)
Arianna, Sanlee, Inette and I start our day budgeting - learning how to calculate future spending without limitations. We then went to South Melbourne Market for vegetables! I was so surprised at the cost compared to other times I'd buy at any supermarket. We also of course went to Aldi and Woolworth's for other essentials.
When we got back to mine the girls taught me how to make chickpea curry with rice - WAS DELICIOUS
