I could really resonate with you when you mentioned your Dad . I’m sure God has his ways of letting us feel our loved ones presence in our lives especially when we are feeling down . I just hope you are doing better and wish all the love 💕 and happiness for you and prayers for your Dad .

My boyfriend would tell me that I'd be grinding my teeth randomly while I sleep which shocked me. I decided to try sleeping more early, do more meditation since I feel like it might be due to stress and to take more magnesium and calcium. A few weeks later, it seems like I stopped grinding since my boyfriend said he hasn't heard since. Not sure if that might help you out but hopefully the grinding for you will go away soon!

Get a night guard! It's very common to grind ur teeth at night. If you don't stop ur teeth from getting damaged now, ur teeth will hurt ALOT bc the enamel will wear off and ur dentin will be exposed ( very sensitive area )

Ok, this vlog was awesome! Fun beach time. He made you a sand pillow! Awww! A concert, fireworks, dinner and tipsy friends!😅 It's funny that you brought up your dad because I recently lost mine. I took his shirt out of my closet and held it. Although it made me cry I knew that he loved me and it was comforting. So many emotions. Maybe your dad did orchestrate that perfect night for you.❤ Thanks for the great vlog! It was so much fun to watch! P.S. Ice cream looked so good!!!!😋

Have you tried asking for a night guard from your dentist?? I also grind my teeth but after getting a night guard it’s been helping lots! It doesn’t work for everyone but it’s worth a try!! xx

I've struggled with TMJ (grinding teeth, sore jaw, headaches) forever. I did get a nightguard which helped a bit, but eventually my dentist and I discussed getting botox to stop it (I cracked a filling from grinding). It's worked great and no more pain and headaches.

Omg me too! 😢 I seriously thought I’ve been having tooth or gum infection due to sore jaw, ear pain and headache but nothing appeared on my teeth x-ray so turned out after a painful checkup with another specialist, he confirmed that it’s TMJ disorder 😩

Last year when I was forced to go under quarantine, cas of my job. And I was very stressed because of that. So since then I had same problem, grinding my teeth. I think is cas of stress.

That is such a perfect date, it’s so lovely thank you for sharing the beautiful firework show with us especially since some of us are still under lockdown 🥺💕 Btw did your dentist say something about TMJ disorder for your jaw pain? I legit thought I’ve been having toothache and gum infection due to the miserable jaw and ear pain. The dentist even did an X-ray for it but we saw that my teeth and roots were fine so she sent me to another dentist specialist for further check. He actually poked inside my mouth and pushed my jaw alignment and it was so bloody painful 😖 and confirmed that I have TMJ disorder. It happens usually due to stress and since I live alone, I wouldn’t know if I clench and grind my teeth. He said if it’s still painful after weeks, he will prescribe sleeping pills for me to calm down during sleep and I need to wear splint when sleeping, it’s like a retainer he said.
