I lived in Parker for a couple months of 2020 and it’s a really nice town, there is a coffee shop downtown called Fika Coffee House that I really enjoyed when I lived there.

Parker really grew on me once I had a chance to spend some time there. It’s a great community! I’ll have to check out Fika next time I’m down there!

45 minutes to where in Denver? It always takes me less than 25 minutes

Thanks for watching! I suppose it all depends on where you’re coming from, I tend to give people the worst case scenario, just in case. As an example, there are days where I can get from the Denver Tech Center downtown in 20 minutes and there are days where it takes more than 45+.
