Singapore's birthday, aka Singapore National Day, is one of the most happening events of the year. The country celebrates it with light shows, concerts, festivals, parades, and, most importantly, food.
Chefs create unique menus and dishes that are available only for a short period. While I spent the last national day in quarantine, I made it a point to go out and enjoy the various delicacies this city has to offer this time around.
Join me on my journey to explore the expensive and the cheapest limited-edition food in town, along with an array of desserts to satisfy my sweet tooth.
