Watching this, all of the questioners were so beautiful and warm, it felt totally impossible to see how any of them could see themselves as inadequate/unlovable etc. Just goes to show that pretty much everyone tells themselves things that aren’t true, regardless of how wonderful they actually are. A heartwarming and reassuring watch - thank you 🙏🏼

It seems so wildly impossible to imagine that the people still willfully in a comatose state after a year of this insanity... will ever wake up. I don't know what to think any more... Sometimes I'm certain it's all a mass awakening happening at turtle-speed, and all is perfect; divine timing. Other times... watching zombies in masks, salivating with excitement over the mark of the beast... that's when I lose my ability to hold on to hope... (I also heard David icke speak in an interview about the coming of 6g and 7g! How will humanity survive that?)

I relate to John. Like he gets impassioned and then NOTICES his reactivity and then GETS it. I hope John is giving himself some credit here. My issue is the same [internal] reactivity while seeing other peoples' destructive EXTERNAL reactivity [who are never getting it; precisely what John is already getting!] So yes, John, and other reactive types; just noticing the reactivity is enough. These days I just look at the folks "not getting it" as *my* call to mindful noticing of my own reactive mind.

Thank you for posting. 36:39 secs for the transient vs. the changeless, can the constant bound the changeful, and viceversa, and if so, when and where. The Kosmic creation is a conumdrum of this sort, that is to say where the Kosmos comes from..

How can you be 'mindfull' of non duality, when mindfullness is a state if mind.The very thing non duality claims you are not🤔

Mindfulness is empty of thought, not full, so the word is a strange contradiction. Mindfulness is a state of pure being, which for me resides both in the body and beyond the body. It's hard to describe.

@@onewomancircus Mindfulness suggests the presence of mind. Mind is thought and thought is mind. Without thought there is no mind. In the state of pure being there is no thought (mind). I know it from experience. This is why the being is pure (thoughtless) and not polluted with thought. Simple example - you observe something, anything. When there is no thought there is just the pure being of that thing. Let's say you ebserve a cat. When there is no thought there is just the pure being of that cat without any judgement. When there is thought (mind) the being of that cat is polluted with the thought of "it's cute", "it's nasty", "it's whatever"... Pure being = being without thought (mind). To me the term "mindfulness" describes an ego state (state of mind).

Yet again dangling the carrot of peace through suffering or faceing up to something.Most religion does it and its been a very uesfull tool of oppression.One day somebody's gonna come up with a way out that dosent involve choosing to let go of everything that makes you happy.Till then I rekon things will continue much as they have done.✌️
