You are not alone brother. When i started in gym i dont knew so much about this world,but when i see him for the first time i knew someone to follow,i learn so much from him and right now i continew learning,not only in the gym,i know for my father Who Can meet him he was a better person than bodybuilder,and im so sad for never give him the respect in the titles what he deserve.

My daily inspiration Ruhl shows everthing is possible. The guy benched 600 pounds for reps! Yeah the "thick" Ruhl he will be never forgotten the king of the freaks. Meine tägliche Inspiration Rühl zeigt dass alles möglich ist. Der Typ hat einfach 600 Pfund im Bankdrücken gedrückt. Ja der "dicke" Rühl er wird nie vergessen werden der König der Freaks.

Absolute beast. Unreal size and conditioning. Yet no massive gut. Shredded abs. My only critique of this uncrowned Mr o would be his posing. The crab makes his head look tiny the way he pushed the shoulders forward. Also from the side he didn't showcase everything imo

Isaiah Padilla In size. Dorian was definitely a more complete bodybuilder who had very few lacking body parts and had better conditioning, but Markus would destroy him in size. I don’t think any body builder beats Markus in sheer mass.
