I was suffering from depression since last one year.. since i am from remote india..Here people are not aware of depression and all mental stuff.I also don't know before.They say its is nothing you just think always negative..After 1 year i found a vedio on AFFIRMATION i tryed for a week it work like magic on me..I am very thankful to the universe for this blessing that heal me from inside..Today i am back to normal life with more stronger mind😊

Hii lucie hope you're doing good. From the past 1 month I've been really unproductive and had got some bad addictions due to which my mind is creating very unethical scenarios which is affecting me alot. I don't know what to do. I'm stuck and these thoughts are killing me, it has gone this worse that I can't even concentrate while meditating. Pls suggest something
