My Grandma ran a 500 acre farm in the Missouri Ozarks that had beast sized frogs. She was also a miser. She would put me and my brother in the front of a john boat and have us out at night catching hundreds of giant frogs by hand. Shed clean and freeze them with pork fat, ready to be cooked up. Shed have us out shooting squirrels turkeys and rabbits too. She basically used us to get all her meat for the whole year. Shed trade it for eggs and essentials at the store. However, she always insisted on having a brand new loaded Buick Park Avenue, or whatever the most expensive Buick offered that year was. Yet she would steal loads of condiments, napkins and sporks from Kentucky Fried Chicken. Yep, we used plastic sporks at her place. She taught me sooo much! Really, it was just organic, i never remember being taught a thing. I dont remember my first time fishing hunting or cleaning a catch or kill, we were always around it.

Hey tug and family, in 2000 I lived in Orlando and became friends with a bunch of good ol boys from Live oak. They took me to do all the fun stuff our kind does. They introduced me to Everglades seasoning and I never looked back. Being from Pittsburgh, we don't have it here but I still order it every year by the big jug. Awesome channel, love watching all the adventures keep up the great work. Ps, take some of that pepper jelly and put it on a block of cream cheese and smoke it. Omg fat guy cooking!!!
