I have seen this happening everywhere. Wife is too protective of her own money and wants all expenses from husbands account.

Why equality isn't considered in marriages, especially arranged. The way dowry is wrong, same way asking 4x-5x as minimum salary from male is. I agree male should contribute to house hold work equally but just understand company doesn't pay a person more if the gender is male. So no logic behind this as well. Request to all females to stop expecting such high salary. Marriage is a lifetime bonding, not to upgrade lifestyle. No feminist raise this inspite of this happening everywhere. Equality is two ways similar to loyalty. It isn't only when it benefits a specific gender.

Not everyone compares salaries. May be he has good experience and earning more and she is just starting out her career. The case may be reverse too. He may be starting out and she may be in good place. Money is important in today's world to lead good life. But the understanding is important here. However in many households women are married off early and not given a chance to choose their career paths before or even after marriage. Women are expected to take care of family more then men ( eg. Aging/sick family members and kids). That's how a male salary was expected to be enough for leading the family. This is not the greed of women. This is how the society is restricting women.
@rahulkathuria8250
@rahulkathuria8250 Жыл бұрын
@@Km-qu6uj Lol you are talking about assumptions. I am talking about facts. 1. I have not considered women who are restricted. I am talking about females who completed their degree on time, working since last 6-7 years. 2. Equality works both ways. There is no sense of asking 50 lakh min ctc from 5 -7 lakh ctc female just for above things. That is just freaking greed.

Shut up about no feminist raising this point, I believe in equality so I am a feminist, me and many other females call out this dual behavior, many feminist pages encourage women to stand up for their right as well as earn better so to support their families equally, ya'll only see feminazis claiming to be feminists(whom we feminists equally hate) and then do all women bs like how alpha dudes scream not all men under every post but then go on categorizing all women as gold diggers, listen many of us educated females have dignity and we do speak against feminazis as well as misogynists so don't mix up those gold diggers with us feminists. It's the same as if we mix up men's rights activists with misogynistic people.

customer Mistake - Choosing 5 year home loan - closing home loan early is good but missing on opportunity cost on equity and tenure loss on equity positions. Losing around 4 to 5% every month you are paying to bank - Tax rebit will not get after 5 years - Gold loan is stupid, instead sell gold. On the average gold increase not more than 10%

Pretty messed up finances.. My suggestions: 1. Increase home loan tenure to free up some cash 2. Close the gold loan ASAP from freed up cash. 3. Build a good emergency fund of 6 months 4. Close the home load ASAP. As its just 20L, and currently more than 85k is paid towards EMIs.. closing 20L loan won't take much time if he considers putting his bonuses and salary increments into it. 5. Start Investing in equity Additionally, with these many responsibilities, financially it does not make much sense to fund his brother's marriage. Like cars and homes, marriages can also be delayed for a few years if we do not have appropriate budget or may be organize a cheaper wedding.

Use the money to learn upskill yourself , but yes if you have more, then invest!

depends on what you call teenage, 19 and 15 both are teens but I'd say if you're 15 then don't even bother, but if you're 19, make sure to LEARN about personal finance. Investing is a decision that you'll make later(also 2k per month will not make you rich but will give you a good feel of what happens in the market). But another thing I'll add is that that 2k is much much much better spent on experiences - be it on learning a new course, planning a trip with your friends, spending time with your family(save some money and take them out to dinner or buy a toy of younger siblings). you'll always have money later on in your life but the chance to be 17 will never come back. That is why personal finance is called personal, you tailor it according to your needs. I think Anshuman hosted a podcast with someone(I think it was labour law advisor) and he said that they missed out on a trip to save 6k rupees in college. That trip won't come back and now 6k might be nothing to him to make some memories that he'd cherish for life.
