Wow that was a nice tour. I live in a rancher in Richmond. We had 3 boats in the 2000s and boated the main Fraser ..also near the tunnel Captain Cove ...near there are many floating homes. Many times boated from N Arm of the Fraser and out near UBC Stanley Park...airport....yes as you say the views are so nice fro a boat. May God bless you and your family always.

Hey great video, if I had a daughter I would wish she was as sweet as you. I like the name of your boat and that’s a nice view thanks for sharing.

If the boat isn't taken out and used one can have additional repairs required to maintain...plus the loss of travels to see other locations. Anyway, I understand the $$ savings of boat versus land home. If your parents ever wish upgrades such as watermarker install,, solar, etc or just to venture out cruising the areas..let me know. Oldhead and sea lover here. Enjoy and all be safe.

Given the size and physical condition of your boat, I hope you take the next step and venture out to the numerous destinations along coastal BC. Boarders are still closed so popular locations are still not too crowded.

Great simple vid. Please describe the boat (size, engine, fresh water capacity, etc.) and how life is like on a boat prior to pandemic! Does the marina have a gym to exercise? Do you have to pay a slip fee in the marina? - New Subscriber :)

Nice tour. Would your family consider living in a float home instead, since you never take the boat out? I have a 28 ft sailboat near your marina, not big enough to live on though.

Wow, such a great video. Why did your parents decide to live in a boat? How much do you pay in slip fee? Do you miss living on land? Would you choose to live in a boat for yourself? I really enjoyed watching your video. Big hi from Edmonton.

Hi, Olive. Nice video. Now that quarantine is over and you had a long summer you must have enjoyed it a lot. One financial question, if one already own a boat, is it cheaper to pay marine fees/etc than actual house related fees (strata, electricity, taxes, etc)? In short, if you don’t mind saying, how much does your parents pay a month/year to have the boat in the marina and use their facilities/water/electricity/internet/etc?
@daveleclair92012 жыл бұрын
Do you operate the boat? Did you need some kind of certification. Docking fees
