Kiva Say What?? 10'x14' Silk RH Rug??👀👀 Yes I do want to run my toes across that. I'm allergic to wool, so I've been studying the RH Rugs Catalog for a Silk Rug. $150 What? Great find Babe Kiva. Yes you did it again, the decor refresh looks great & the apartment has amazing bones. Oh no, please don't tell me those paintngs are discontinued? I plan to get them when I can get to Value City. Rare to see paintings with balanced genders. Have you taken carpentry classes? Your DIY furnishings look so good that I can see you with your own line of home furnishings.

@@KivaBrent We have a farmhouse style home with beautiful wood finishings. We have a western saloon style wooden bar built into the family room and she built shelving and redesigned the ceiling in the bar area where we hang our glasses from the ceiling, she repainted the outside of our entire house, she redesigned the bathrooms, built a shed in the backyard, she was the one we called to fix things... not my dad lol not saying he's not handy but she genuinely enjoys fixing things and doing projects ☺️ its fun for her lol she takes great pride in her home & inspires me a lot

Those windows are so grand & beautiful! So glad they're not covered. My home is mostly b/w w some pops of color & it feels so glam & comfy. Love your little table! It's perfect & so is the "vessel" on the floor. That mirror...statement piece for sure!! So jelly! 💜 😍

@@KivaBrent Funny u mentioned blinds bc I was thinking that would be nice for night. Hmm colors, not great w plants, so have lots of faux greenery throughout & I usually do colors w the season. Just bought some solid burnt umber pillows & some w a pattern for the sofa. Use different shades of white too. That really gives a rm dimension. My style is probably more modern french-maybe some hints of country bc of my love of antique/vintage pieces. Check out House of Valentina's modern french serious. That's totally me! Love crystal pieces too!

Hi! I admire your energy and creativity. You have great taste! I've had white heavily grained leather sofa for years (with 3 BIG dogs). So I totally agree. Now my sofas are grey velvet, but same basic color scheme. Fantastic work on the shelving units. And, I do like the stainless dining table. It may not be RH but it is artist chic. When you really get sick of it maybe you can spray paint it a flat gold and do some transparent black antiquing details and seal it. It will mimic the mirror. Keeping runners and a nice decor piece will just have the gold peeking through. There, you have just saved yourself a thousand dollars! Forgive the opinion. I am old and love to express myself, even when no one has asked. God bless!

I can relate to "always changing things" that's me and my husband hates it. lol I did end up going to 2 different kirklands (50 miles round trip) to find that vase you have on the center island - love it!!! also bought another one at kirklands that was similar but different shape. Couldn't believe the price as this style and look are very expensive elsewhere so thanks for the great tip!
