Well covered, I agree with all your points. I too have always wanted an H1 style Hummer, but at this point in life I was only able to own an H2, which is still close to Hummer roots, but still hope to own an H1 someday! As for the new Hummer EV agreed that it’s cool and all but not Hummer character. I would even say for being an EV they should have been able to make it as close to H1 for design character, as I feel it’s just a glorified Chevrolet Sierra EV with a couple of added drivetrain options/ body mods, as even the interiors are pretty much the same layout minus trims. I’ve definitely seen a few H1 style concepts that have the original design characters and would be nice to see something like that again, rather it be fuel or EV powered.
