Auriel, Thank you so very much for being transparent with your story…I am in the early diagnoses phase and I must say, it is very depressing…I cry more then people/family know. Trying to pretend that everything is okay is hard work and overwhelming at times. Way you have shared, from the gut issues to the fatigue and digestion of foods has been and is currently me. So much so that I’ve shared this KZfaq video with my family for their knowledge and understanding. Thank you again and God Bless You! Michelle ❤

Thanks for this! It’s hard for others to understand the pain we go through cause we look well. I have some rough flares and I’m still learning how to love well with Hashimotos and celiac disease. It gets easier the more you commit to learning also accepting a new way of living when it comes to rest, pacing and being at ease with doing less than more able bodied people.
