Ankylosing Spondylitis is an inflammatory arthritis of the back, but effects many other joints, tendons and organs, it’s also an Autoimmune disease.

So sorry to hear you have to deal with this disease. My mom has the same problems due to her spine and arthritis.

I think I'm about to be diagnosed with it, I have the back & horrible groin pain, along with my first ever bout with plantar fasciitis, recent red eye & swollen knuckles.

I have AS too. Think about all the poor women that never got to a diagnosis because it’s a “man’s disease.” SMH…

Not because is " a man desease"...is because AS în women manifest different!!...you have psoriazis form!!

Most of us that have AS are HLA-B27 positive.
