I'm also an autism mum of a four year old boy, it's never easy with them...all they need is pure endless love and acceptance plus try to understand them .Patience is the virtue to us .

Sending you hugs. Its not easy but God is faithful. I have a six year old daughter autistic non verbal. She is amazing, we have our good and bad days 😊

I have a niece who is 13yrs and has autism too, its not an easy journey, starting of this year she is just tearing everything which she comes across including her clothes.

mine is 2 and am really praying God For complete healing. mine was told he has mild autism and he is very hipper and my God some times you feel like loosing it.

Mine is 3 years 6 months,,,He counts 1-20,A-Z ,,,,,I am a young mum raised my son alone upto 2 years + and I was not talking to him coz of depression so people think It is because sikuwa namwongelesha, I started talking to him but until now he still can't communicate,,,, I'm so worried becoz I can't even afford therapy for school I was planning to take him to a kalocal school,,, I'm just scared 😭😭

My son is the same age as yours. Does the same things . Counts sings but doesn't communicate. I spoke to him, and I still do. Start talking to him now. Look for speech therapy videos on KZfaq. You can do some things at home.

if your son counts that means he has speech. What you do, talk to him in everything you are doing. If he points at something, teach him to say it and repeat it everytime, just repeat everything you are doing together as you sign it. eating, walking jumping, drinking. I only did like 3 sessions of speech at a big hospital nika choka, we have trained at home and my almost 7yrs old communicates better. Mama there's hope. Do not blame yourself.
