I deal with the same thing. "Thoughts" and voices saying things I would never, ever say or want to say, or even think to say in my head.... I deal with that all day every day for the most part. Just a bunch of antagonizing voices on top of a bunch of unwanted thoughts that I don't and won't identify as coming from myself.

We have been tracking for 11 years and it's 100% the trigger. I eventually created a shielding room (to shield against the solar flare and induction geo magnetic activity). The shielding stopped the migraine and to our surprise it stopped her seizures as well. Anyway, our neighbor has schizophrenia and a long story short, his episodes seemed to occur at the same time, suggesting that space weather was the trigger as well. We were able to confirm that his episodes were mitigated immediately when shielded. We really didn't get to test it out long term because he got into some legal trouble and we happened to have moved around that time So it would be intresting to see if others are triggered the same, they would easily be able to shiel their room and hopefully it would work for them too.

@@prettylikeice what helps me is taking control of desires, thoughts, and in general myself. i do this by eating once a day at a certain time, i take one hit from the bowl at night before bed, everything is controlled now. i give no power to my desires, if the thoughts want this i tell them no, in action and thoughts. doing things in a schedule may sound and be boring, but i know, i am in control now.

Long story short: Human beings are social animals like dogs, wolves, or monkeys. Like all social animals, we care very deeply about doing the right things and being the way we are supposed to be so that the group we rely on for survival accepts us. Negative self-talk and insecurity comes from an over-active concern for acceptance by the group, we worry we aren't good enough, which ideally motivates us to improve or change ourselves...
