This diagnoses is so hard, the crying, the not understanding, the confusion this is so "my new life" I never wanted. Feeling cheated, the anger. I know this isn't what any of us want to be known for, nor limited with our children and things we love. I say all of this to say thank you for making the hard decision to share your difficult journey. I hope you keep doing it as I've seen some that just stopped sharing their jouney or abruptly stopped making videos leaving the wondering of why. I applaud your bravery and I hope you continue to share so those of us not as brave can share the struggles and successes with different seasons, meds, tools and such. My grandma is 95 and also zero issues other than age slow down. I do like the vlog video so we can see you living life, not just having to sit ❤ I feel a little better during the days moving around, it's mornings I fear.

Thank you soooo much for your comment!❤️ I’ve also noticed the same with other diagnosis stories. It could be that life has gotten busy, or possibly their symptoms worsened and they can no longer make videos. I hope to continue sharing as the connection I’ve found in others who have the same diagnosis has been beyond beneficial for my mental well being, so I hope to continue to give to others what has been given to me - a sense of community ❤️ Thank you for watching 🤩

Hi 👋🏻 how I stumbled across your video I have no clue! But I relate to everything you said! I’ve been living with RA for 14 yrs now. I’ve been fine, not so good, awful, and pretty good……sometimes all within a few days. Each day is different. Like you, I find the invisible part of this disease is the hardest part to deal with, especially when family does not understand or even try to understand. What has helped me most is Enbrel, collagen, vitamin D, and reducing sugar intake. I wish you a lifetime of easy mornings, and a family who helps you and understands when you’re not able to do something today that you were able to do yesterday. It’s so hard! Take extra good care of yourself!

I’m so glad you found my video! Wow, 14 years is a long time my friend ❤️ Enbrel worked well for me too until the injection site reactions got too bad. I’m on Humira now, and cross my fingers it keeps working well. Thank you so much for your comment and for watching, I appreciate the support for sure 💕 Good luck to you in your journey as well ☘️

I’ve been doing all the ideas in the comment section except the carnivore diet. Still on prednisolone. I’m older. 71. Was working as a Nanny until RA hit last October. I have no support and only little income since losing my job. The house is getting very dirty and I think I’d prefer to die now as other health issues are starting to emerge too.

I'm so sorry to hear you're having a difficult time. It's not easy! As long as we're still here, we have a purpose❤ My house gets dirty too, more than I'd prefer, sometimes other things - like rest - take priority! Thank you for watching my video and for your comment. I do hope your symptoms ease 💛

Have you listened to any of Clint Paddison‘s videos? He also did a TED talk which he tells his story of RA.

Hola! I totally understand where you're coming from. I am in the same process and it can be hard, really hard. I no longer commit to anything until the last minute because I never know how I'm going to feel. It's a shock to the system when you're able and no longer can do it, or it takes longer. I felt deep in my bones the invisible illness, I look fine, but I'm in pain or my hands are swollen and stiff. It's definitely a journey!

Thank you so much for your comment ❤️ It really helps to know you’re not alone💕 What I’m experiencing right now is that it’s my birthday and my husband wants to take me out to dinner, but because I taught my classes this morning, I’m sooooo tired and in pain so I don’t feel like I have the energy 😢

LOL, I worked for ARRI, I actually know what B-Roll Is! 🤣👍 Nothing to do with production, I was Customer Service. I think this video was a good idea. As you say, you don’t want to become the disease. We all have many facets to our lives. I took two years of middle school Spanish and I still don’t know where Susana is! 😆

Also try 5000iu vitamin D3 with K2 once a day. You can do more if your vitamin d low until it comes up.

It sounds completely nuts, but lots of ppl doing the carnivore diet have relieved the majority of their symptoms. Is it perfect? No, but it does help tremendously for most who try it.
