I wish you knew how much of a positive influence you have on me. I love seeing you cook and make teas and love your passion for books. I hope you never stop vlogging.

thank you! 🥰 The brand of matcha don't really matter but it has to be ceremonial grade matcha for the best flavour, I don't like any other matcha actually 😂 for ingredients I have some soy milk with vanilla flavour with it also but you could use regular milk and just some vanilla syrup I believe! 😊 Have a niece day Jean! 💚

Your English is excellent and I love your accent. It's funny how we can all be so hard on ourselves. I'm just watching you and wishing I could speak a second language. Your editing skills are excellent. I can really appreciate how long it takes to edit and all the effort you put into editing a video. I started my channel five months ago to make audiobooks and read them myself. I still have one chapter to read on my first book. I am a perfectionist too. I end up reading parts over and over again..... yet I am still unsatisfied with many parts I have read aloud. I also have so many books that I own that I want to read just for me. I can't make up my mind either on which one. Sorry I keep going on and on. I just really understand where you're coming from.

I am reading a book called Somewhere In Time. They made it into a movie as well. It is a romance and time travel book. The author usually writes horror so it's not your average romance book. It gets a little tedious. His style is kind of like Stephen King where there is too much detail. I still like it but recording myself reading it is a lot more difficult and time consuming than I thought it would be. 😆

You should definitely get a dishwasher, it will banish the drudgery of washing up by hand forever! If your kitchen is small, you can get a 45cm wide one (as opposed to a standard 60cm one). If that's still too big, you can get tabletop models. A dishwasher is also great for temporarily storing your dirty kitchenware out of sight, until it's full, then you can start the cycle.

@@KimberlyHallberg If you have a cupboard you don't use much, you can convert it into an area for your dishwasher. Best to choose one near the sink if possible, so it's close to the water supply & waste outlet. It will also need a power socket nearby, obviously..

Totally know what you mean about how sometimes YA falls short...Most YA does for me, actually since when I want something easier to read it still has to be at least A LITTLE intellectually stimulating. I have enjoyed YA that involves young people having mental health struggles but I have to be in the mood for it. Also relate to the struggle of planning to read a book, picking it up and realizing that I'm not in the mood...and then struggling to find something I am in the mood for haha. I feel like the "easy but not too easy" is kind of a niche thing but Taylor Jenkins Reid is one author that usually fits the bill for me in this area.

I have noticed how mentally ill people desire to read and their difficulties in concentration and comprehension. I myself had little in the way of power of concentration when I first got sick and really really had to struggle to learn since I'd never done well in school and, in fact, never went to high school. I am learning some Christmas charols on the mandolin and Jewish folk songs on guitar but reading too unless I'm depressed and asleep.

Hi Kimberly! So many things to talk about! Lets see, well, your hair always looks beautiful, its so silky and shiny, and I understand about cutting it. My long hair was thin at the bottom also. Too much to bother with. Another great soup too! So when you were talking about your trouble picking out a book, I have another for you to throw on the pile! I am in the middle of "Hester", by Maggie O'Donnell. It is so enchanting, sad, extremely interesting, and so much more. Im loving it. Its got great reviews, but its so different. It takes place in the 1800's in Salem, Massachusetts, US. It's partly about the Salme witch trials in the 1600's but its a lot more and the characters are so captivating. As far as what language you want to speak in, Im fine with whatever you want to do! I understand the self-doubt! I'm glad you worked through that and you feel in a better place now.
