Honestly I prefer when volume rocker and a power button are on the same side. I might be the only person in the universe that thinks like that, but that’s how I see it

The A20 DOES NOT have the SD 450 chipset, neither in the US nor any other region. It has the Exynos 7884 with 8 cores, which is faster and more powerful graphics-wise by a lot.

Does this have outside view? Makes the screen brighter when outside. I have a LG g Stylo 4 and I always have trouble looking at it in the sun

What version of the A20 is being used? My A20 has an Exynos 7884 processor and some other ones have an Exynos 7904 processor. Don't know of any with the SD450.

Compare this to my old S8 ---> faster or slower? Can the finger unlock and face recognition be turned OFF? S20? Is that a thing yet?

Manufacturers are putting the buttons on one side so when you prop it up to watch Netflix...KZfaq...or whatever you can rest it on the side without the buttons. Helps the volume stay where you want it and the power not shut off. Just wanted to point that out guys...thanks!

I bought the budget A20S to sample android for the first time. Apart from being laggy with the relatively poor processor, the rest of the phone is very decent although the A20S has an LCD display compared to the OLED A20. The panel is still good though. Strangely enough, the volume rockers on the S are on the left hand side. The battery though is phenomenal. As good as my 11 pro.

idk i loved my phone and yes i have the a20 phone but for some reason the data and the internet stopped working so im unable to us apps or anything that has to do with internet

My galaxy A20 is awesome and enjoy it, cause my past phone was a Galaxy J7 prime.

Does anyone else have issue enabling the desktop mode? I was able to connect a USB hub and use an external keyboard and mouse. But for about a month now it doesn't work at all; I even purchased other USB hubs etc thinking that was the issue. Unfortunately its not; can anyone help or know the issue?

Are you sure about the Samsung Galaxy A20 having Snapdragon 450 processor? Everything I've read has shown that the international versions have an Exynos 7884 CPU and the U.S. unlocked version has an Exynos 7904 CPU.

It's strange you mention the speaker as a negative,because my girl listens to KZfaq full volume all the time with hers and I'm always impressed by it. For the price,its loud,has a fair amount of lows and mids, and doesn't get tinny. I'd say it easily matches the speaker of my LG v40,which is supposed to be on the higher end side of single downfiring speakers.

Been battling between upgrading to a relatively new S model but not wanting to spend the guap. Think I'm sold on getting the A20 now until I save up for something of higher quality. Thanks!

Just purchased the A20 , I think this phone , with both the buttons on the same side is a killer idea ! ( I've taken hundreds of screenshots , by mistake with buttons on the opposite sides ). First time I see a version of the A20 that has a snapdragon variant, I always thought that the A20 only had exynos model. And considering that the exynos chipset of that model is comparable to the snapdragon 632, I always though that the A20 was in the faster side. Cool long term btw

Proud A20 user. For the budget I can't complain. Super AMOLED, decent workable cameras, decent day to day performance. Love the software experience. Got android 10 update recently. Waiting for the Android 11 with one UI 3.0 .

Just got mine. I was using a LG Stylo 3, so when I got this phone, it was a pretty good jump up. The camera quality is waaaaay better than my old LG. I'm completely satisfied with the A20. And I only play stupid idle games that don't really have graphics, so it's perfect for me.

What the fingerprint is fast,you should set 3 different angles of your finger for the fingerprint.

When you have the buttons on opposite sides, you make screen shots all the time when you try to turn off the screen. I have that problem with my One Plus 6.

I've bought my a20 in December of 2019. Here's my opinion. Mine does not have the snapdragon processor. I'm not a gamer so I can't really say about that part. I have recently upgraded to android 10 also. My a20 has preformed well and I have not any kind of malfunction. The main thing with this phone is your settings,,getting it set up for your own personal taste in my opinion,,as there are many functions. I bought a good case as my hands and fingers are large and it makes it easier to hold too. So that's it...no problems no crashes....

I have the Samsung A20s. It's my first Samsung phone . I've had it for a month and so far I like it alot. It takes great pictures and does everything else I need. It's not Amoled but the picture is great anyway. The screen is just a little bigger than the A20. It has 6.5 inch screen. Worth checking out in my opinion.

Interesting fact, the Exynos 7884 (14 nm) version of this phone probably have a better battery life compared to the Snapdragon 450 version. A protip for users would be to deactivate (or remove when possible) apps that come with the phone which will help at reducing OS memory consumption thus reducing the risk of having apps problems. 32 GB (eMMC 5.1, not UFS) is a quite limited storage capacity and also slower but the microSDXC is helping on that front as in many budget smartphones. Buy this phone without any hesitation, don't go with BLU phones that are designed to be obsolete after one year. Depending on your location, this phone will actually receive the latest Android 10 software update. By the way, good unbiased review!
