Ms. Zenobia Harper is uniquely qualified for her position. She is an integral part of the Gullah culture of Georgetown. She has taught, lectured and advocated for the awareness of the Gullah Community. This video shows the first portion of her presentation concerning African and Black American's connection to water, and particularly concerning demographic statistics about swimming.
