I believe Sandton is called richest mile square because of number of dollar billionaires residing within the area, so the next one to follow should be Cape Town and Cairo in terms of statistics. Some parts of Nairobi are rich and progressive but i believe you are overrating it.

In this video almost everyone is in their vehicles and no one is using the sidewalks which is sad in of itself.
