This development deserves its titles (The best mix use development in the world and I n Africa) this is just breath-taking. This is a city of dreams. I loved the 1st penthouse more than the others, but I loved the view of the he 3rd one more. That was a great tour Dave. Thank you for sharing.

I don't think there's something wrong with the 99 year lease agreement. 4 of your generations will get to live in your property and the after that 99 years they'll pay just 3.5 percent of the value of the property to extend this by a further 99 years.

Townships are a mess because people destroy everything, especially during the so called service delivery protests. Remember how they tried to burn down the Maponya Mall during the July 2021 insurrection? The looting, the burning and vandalism.

@togetheras1896 We can't all be migrating to one place it's claustrophobic.. what government needs to do is to make sure all areas in the country are equally developed instead of focusing on already developed areas and ignoring undeveloped areas... that's how you build a country.. all first world countries are developed throughout not in just certain areas.. Apartheid government was bringing development everywhere they built so many towns that were supposed to be cities now
