Difficult to plan a thing right now with all the border closures. My old man was trying to plan a 3 month trip up to Cairns, and then work his way across to Darwin. But he has put everything on hold because of the border closures

Hi Brett, it's good to see your still posting videos. That was a funny review and you stretched those pants to the limit. It's hard to find comfortable long pants for hot conditions. Wet canvas pants can be excruciating when your hiking.

I've been wearing Merrell as my hiking shoes. Generally pretty great, though my pair seem to be losing some threads and glue in places. Very comfortable though out bush. Might do a review on them too when they fail.

G’day mate Was thinking of you recently when on Goog’s track with my grandson He watched your video one night….said “this guy’s awesome “ I’m still out and about camping and living large I’ll try the pants… only because you can do yoga in them ……always wanted to do yoga I’m loving my 5:11 tactical pants (with knee pads ) Plenty of flex and pockets I carry all my EDC in the pockets They got heavy ……so l got braces Old school…..easy and simple Everyone in the bush loves the braces….ha ha Don’t know what trips you’re got planned but I’m doing the Simpson Desert crossing (out of Sydney) in June/July with my 14 year old grandson (co-driver) in my Bush-RANGER and a 79 series with his father and a mate from Batemans Bay Will do west to east …..the big loop around for 3 weeks What have you got planned for next year? hi mate. No trips currently planned. I'll be waiting it out till all the borders are reopen then make some plans. Enjoy your Simpson trip. Hopefully you'll have a free pass through all the states.

The pants are Made in Vietnam, not China. If you saw the emails I receive from Chinese manufactures offering me their outdoors/4x4 gear, you'd understand why its crap, trash, or gimmicks. Yes, China can make top quality stuff too.
