Hi .. Some advise for livspace. If work is delayed ( 90% of time) escalate on linkedin. My 2bhk end to end interior started on sept 05th 2022 and it is still not over ( 12 months almost). I am escalating and fighting. One more thing Warranty - 1 year only if livspace assigned contractors do the work. 10 years if furnitute is livspace branded. We dont know and they dont tell us.. I am fighting.

They are estimated all works differently and now for non modular what they are charging that is fully out of the scope

They reveal new and unfair terms & conditions every time you meet them. I have faced the same situation. For my kitchen interior during the initial meeting they told me the cost would vary 5-10 % whereas after validation the cost shot up to 30% percent, which wasn't disclosed earlier and it went out of my budget. The thing is my 40k is trapped with them now. And this is the catch. People fall to the trap thinking that 40k is already invested so now unwillingly they have to go ahead with a costlier budget.

So true . Very bad experience. All the negative reviews in Google are so true and you will feel it , if you are going ahead with Livspace for interiors. I would suggest not to go with them. Its a FRAUD company

Same in Bangalore. They installed old and rejected stock. After a lot of complaints and mails, they accepted their fault. By that time their designers had joined another company😂 😂 New designers re-did the work. All in all , a 1.5 year long process!

Yeh initial 40k daan bhi kar diye Livspace walo ko aur bahar se karva liya interior, still its a good deal. For eg: A project that will cost around 40K-60k with local interiors will cost around 1.35 lakhs with Livspace. Even if I add the 40k given to Livspace my effective cost would be around 80k - 1lakh. Still saves my 55k - 35k.
