i studied in detail the sandwich and is mostly bread with pieces of filling hanging out. no real filling so it was easier to squeeze in her mouth. and yes, i have no life.

Absolutely true. What I like to do is alternate between layers of cold cut, chips, cheese, and lettuce, so you get soft, crunch, soft, crunch.

A steady starvation diet of strictly salty snacks helps keep the pounds off! ( BBQ chips, CHEESE DOODLES, Salty pretzels with Rock Salt, and Diet-Rite /Crown Soda! I call it the ANTI-KETO KAMAKASI DIET I've lost 40lbs in 4 months >>>>>> oh....I forgot to mention the necessity to spend most of the day mountain and Gold prospecting, climbing through the rainforests of Tolima, Colombia, where I haven't tasted meat in more than a month, surely does help in the physical preservation dept!
