Fun fact: many don't actually know that you can dig in this game, pressing the button for bite while having your face at a wall or the ground can let you dig.All dens are actually player dug it seems, and while you can dig your own stealing one saves time

Here's some helpful tips: - A sign for a yellow lizard that has killed another yellow lizard is their glow. It changes from a bright yellow-orangish color, to a darker orange color. Of course, proper caution should always be used, regardless if it is seemingly obvious. Also, it is possible they only killed the other yellow lizard in self defense. - Non-collideable parts should be consumed first, as they will fall into the void if the part they are connected to is eaten first. For lizards, they are the legs and bottom jaw. By doing so, you can get 1.5 to 3 food pips extra depending on the corpse. - Try to find/dig out dens higher up from the ground, as lower dens are more likely to be raided due to them being easier to spot. Additionally, miros birds can much more easily access them when they are low to the ground. Higher up dens can also serve as ambush spots, although it is not likely to be able to be used in this way. Yeah that's all I got...

You can actually sprint with the Miros bird with a corpse in your beak. Just double tap R, 1st R to pick up the corpse and as soon as you picked it up press and hold R to sprint with the corpse in your mouth. It's really op/useful to fill up your den faster

I’ve gotten addicted in the game I literally grinded 102 karma The creature i used to farm karma are Pink lizard, Miros bird, and Vulture.

Man you're so right with the green lizard in the right hands it's near unstoppable I had fought a pack of 6 orange lizards + Miros bird after and came out victorious.

The last karma I needed for a new vessel finally was the green lizard I killed which became my second vessel it's like you are what you eat exept it's more of you become what you eat

I wish the devs also adds some of these creatures from the game: -Blue lizard -Cyan lizard -Red lizard -Black lizard (will have bad vision but be more effective in everything else and maybe a special ability to make all near food and creatures light up to see them better) -Salamander (the lizard will be more affective in water and maybe make underwater dens) -Slugcat -Scavenger

As a terrible player who only has a yellow lizard, being able to talk to players was the best experience, even though i die a lot it's still always cool to hang out with a chatty server

Idk if any of you guys have an answer but when I was a kid I remember playing a game that was similar to this one. It was a large map where you could choose an alien to be inside a huge ecosystem and each alien had their own abilities. If any of you guys know please tell me! Thank you!

I was more aggressive when I got the green lizard I was more likely to attack nearby players and I'm quite docile towards other lizards but because I'm not my stealthy self almost ever encounter with a miros bird I die and I didn't know how tanky they are as a determine their hp by seeing how much damage they do so I thought if miros bird can decimate me then I can't decimate it

Once as a vulture I was storing food (rotten or not) in a higher up den but as I was leaving for like the third time I saw something from the corner of my eye, turns out I saw and managed to kill a white lizard that was probably going to ambush me at the end of the cycle, so that’s cool

Nice to know i ended up with the lizard that works good for me (i got white lizard)

Hey chadest chad good news. There's a Pvz garden problem Prototype/test and there's a knock off version of Pvz the lawn improved

My starters white and there were times I regret choosing it as my starter then other times I was glad I chose white lizard and edventually I got the ropes of the game and I started to use my invisibility more often for hunting hiding and of course lounging around in someone else's den for free food but I got the karma by collecting the corpses myself it was a difficult task to carry green corpses as I prefer elevated dens as a white lizard

Fun tips about vultures: vultures can't kill each other - Miros birds are easy to kill with vultures if you do a surpise atack dropping in the air and killing the Miros bird fast - When you talk being vulture,you will make sound of a owl - Consider have 0 Karma while being vulture because there no many dens in the servers

After you do the quiz are you stuck with your choice or have I just not gotten the karma yet to get the other predators. I got yellow and Im unable to play as anything else, and while I dont mind them as ive managed to kill all of the other predators either solo or in a group, just having one option isnt the most fun especially because it doesnt tell you that youll be stuck with that one if thats the case.

overall review, extra info and "taming" green liz im a bit confused dint it say that because they move slower their food pips drain slower? and they are only able to take a couple of hits (2, 1 for bite the other to grab i added this cause it took a long time for me to understand what a couple meant while selling totaly legal dr- pots in deepwoken) they are good but for sure not for newbies due to their hard movement they are great diggers tho but due to their overwhelming strength they could be hard to "tame". EDIT: according to Chad the description is outdated and green lizs do loose hunger faster than others, i will leave my mistake here caramel this one just kinda sucks slow and most of the time its better to just get scavenging instead of fighting, if they need to protect their home they will fight and that's the only time the ability really comes in handy, im also unsure if it can take a extra hit like greens. (maybe they will become more useful when in larger player servers and as people progress they become stronger in the ecosystem) pink its fast under the right hands and right ping these should be a first priority if you lack numbers or the ability to press space then release r im a bit unsure at how easy or hard they are to tame soo i will leave it to another who is interested, remember that you can only see chat messages from the same species as yours. yellow/orange liz kinda new player friendly in the current stage of the game where people don't have much experience nor many vessels unlocked, though it has one of the most useful lights for your personal den! but lets say you aren't alone or get eaten instantly and find others many do not know this but when glowing and eating together you share food pips not much and unsure if it stays the same as the amount of lizards grow, pretty average in ever single stat it will do well on its own but not for long as the foliage of each cycle changes. (forgot to add this they are likely the easiest one to tame IF they are alone if they are in a pack/2 yellows you're likely to be hunted if they feel like it or you get too close, But if you do manage to adopt the poor soul you can exploit they as more and more yellow lizards are likely to come to his signal with that you can either go as a duo, killing said lizards for food or grow they to be more experienced lizards) white lizard in my opinion this is the most new player friendly assuming they don't try anything risky against someone with good eyes/functional ears, their ability to disguise allows they to do many things, as the combat music does not play for other players if you're using your ability allowing for easy kills if you can hunt properly, as you can also just you know time your bites with theirs then reveal the mastermind behind their death, i haven't been able and these are likely one of the hardest to tame due to their weak body's and mostly avoiding threats nature most of the time they will just rob your food, get away or kill this is one of the hardest to kill without a group or a vessel that can take more than 1 hit i will not cover the others as they are not lizards not racism just that they are likely to change in the future as players become more experienced, overall this a pretty fun game i though it would have the effect of "oh its boring now that i have this" but it also kinda changes each time you play and if you trust yourself you can always go into a 20-40 player server "taming" we are animals and we cant understand each other and they can get lost and you would not be able to identify if its the one you tamed if they die and have no skins equipped, but if you still want to try just try offering they food the sucess rate may change based on how smart they are just keep trying over and over if they don't attack you walking up to they dropping food walk a lil back maybe dance just spam q and e or be creative out of all of they dancing was the most effective strat but its also easier to adopt a random lizard you do not know for now i shall just observe as the eco system grows and when its finally time i will colonize a pack of orange/yellow lizards and make they build a home in exchange for food and protection (i will pick one of they and make they signal the area with a lot of corpses and take some for myself and aswell as rotten food)

Green Lizard is so bad in this fan-game. Sure it's "tankier" so it lasts longer but when I'm grabbed as him I always die before I can get unstuck, legit like 15 seconds of spaming does nothing to break out of stun. On the other hand when I played with Yellow Lizard I broke out of stun much faster and killed much faster too. Also Green gets stuck on everything, especially when you grab a corpse he likes to lift his head up high and ragdoll, actually terrible. Also because of that it's hard to kill with him as he gets stuck very commonly I can't swing the opponent fast enough to do damage which sucks. Tips for playing are appreciated, also what button exactly do you mash to get out of stun? Since game doesn't tell at all, I've been mashing all.

I am constantly being killed, his camouflage is of no use, bites, for some reason, do not kill anyone at all, and bites of the enemy kill in 1 bite... in general, I stopped playing the game where getting karma while stuck in 1 lizard becomes virtually impossible, when I have never met any other white lizards

i love this game but the cycles are too short. its a repeating game of "survive the downpour" and not an actual LIZARD game, where you do lizard stuff and interractwith other lizards. 90% of interractions end in death or teaming. and not "hi, bye" like in the real world. if only food drained at 1minute 30 seconds per pip. and not 55 seconds. youd have more time to walk around and see the world instead of "i just spawned i need to find shelter and gather food INSTANTLY or im dead and lose all my karma to the storm"
