The repeating of the instruction to “breathe in” and “breathe out” with the instruction to look at the sticks genuinely gave me the best tingles I’ve ever had from ASMR, please keep doing them omg!! 😍

Here's my only problem with asmr. It's used to relax people and help them sleep, but when listening to it, I REALLY want to stay awake to hear all the triggers. It's a proper conundrum for me. Do I just stop fighting and sleep, or resist to hear the awesome? And you being so adept at asmr makes is so much harder to stay awake and me so much more determined to to hear all the greatness. In short, your damn good at your job. 😁

Well my suggestion is for you to listen🔊 to all the triggers attentively first-time around, earlier in the evening. So that when it comes to going to sleep😴 later on, you can listen again and just switch off🫠, having focused on the triggers already beforehand.

Thank you for the beautiful video!! When I changed depression medication it gave me aseptic meningitis and so I have been having to be medication free for the first time in over 10 years and your videos have been one of the only things helping me get through these dark times 💕

@@MT_PistonHead03 excuse me? Pls think with your brain, Firstly If they claim having Depression it means they've already been diagnosed with proper therapist and it's job of therapist to treat that. Not some random stranger who knows nothing about them.. and secondly the comment itself.. "why are you depressed?" It's simply like asking why are you brown in colour. If both of you are clearly unaware, then you must know that you cannot simply pin point why one is depressed. Its takes years of trauma. Therapists try their level best to understand layers of turmoil, abuse and what not over a period of time. The topic is something VERY private to oneself to just lay it out in front of whole world where they're even afraid to say it their own therapist. And seems like you both take that for granted which is entitled. If they want to say it, they will. but on their own. "We" are not therapists, friends, family or whatever. We're strangers and that too online. So NO. You cannot simply go and ask "why you're depressed?" And go on talking about on a sh*tty place like internet!

This was wonderful - especially the focusing on the different areas of the face, shoulders and feet while you tapped on them! Can we have some more please? Although maybe also focusing/tapping on our hands as well - my hands always feel so heavy when I’m relaxed and it helps to focus on them!

Absolutely love the alternative focus with the circle stick things as they’re coming at you, and i liked the focusing on one light! I was super into the video but you lost me with the blindfold for like 15mins
