This song made me cry my face off ❤ I survived a s*icide attempt, beat alcoholism, beat drug addiction, have been hit by every man I’ve been with, and apparently couldn’t have kids… Now I’m a single mother (a great one) to my miracle boy, sober for 6 years, and an EMT… had I not survived in 2008 who knows who else wouldn’t be with us. I still struggle with ptsd but it won’t hold me back. And I won’t hold my son back. Life is HARD but I’m so happy to be alive.

I went to one of Lizzo’s concerts in Australia because I live in Australia. Down here we don’t get many singers come here. I mean like we do but not as much as other countries. The line "I'm so glad you're still with us. Broken but still perfect." Gosh it makes me cry to hear everytime even just writing it out I feel the sob in my throat. As someone who deals with depression daily and occasionally suicidal ideation, it really hits me in the heart. Thank you Lizzo, you're really making so many people feel seen and loved which is really lacking in the collective these days.

I often think about the little kids that get to grow up with someone to look up to like Lizzo, how much pain and discomfort they won't have to grow up with because they have solid proof that with enough talent, work, and grit they can be anything they want to be, including a singer, a model, even a superstar. I grew up in the early 90s, where I never saw anyone with my body type on tv. To see the world changing for the better is really a beautiful thing. I've been listening to Lizzo's stuff since the "coconut oil" days, and to see someone so deserving, kind-hearted and authentic get the success they deserve, is really such a wonderful thing to witness. Love love love it.

What I love about lizzo is the fact that she's unapologetically herself. Something I wished so hard that I could be growing up. Every time I tried to be myself I ended up with Brothers telling me that I wasn't black enough, or not this, or not that. I would have loved a popstar like lizzo our lil nas x when I was a pre-teen.

I am a 60 yro white lady from WV. I believe that Lizzo is a super hero. Her music is amazing, her lyrics touch everyone’s heart that takes the time to listen to her, she is enormously talented, she gives back to her community, provides a positive role model for young people and I feel very blessed to have been around long enough to enjoy her music! I was so sad I didn’t get to see her in Tampa when she was here! My granddaughter, Trinity showed her to me way back in the beginning of her career and I have followed her since then. She is special to my Trinity and me and has helped us be closer by sharing her songs with each other. So, THANK YOU Lizzo. We love you and please keep king making your music and letting your star shine for all of us to enjoy! Be blessed in your life young lady! :)

Lizzo is everything ❤ She radiates positive, beautiful, strong, and glorious human energy, we ALL need that. I hope she truly knows and feels her impact on humanity as a whole, her legacy will be legendary, keep pushing through all the ridiculous criticisms and hate, and keep pushing us all forward into love, acceptance, and celebrating being our true selves. I took my Niece to see her in concert and the energy and love was extraordinary, like you just knew you were witnessing something that was sooooo much more than just entertainment. I've seen legends in concert many times over, and they were great, but this was way different, she's changing lives. Thank God for Lizzo❤❤❤❤

I was in a cafe yesterday and saw an old friend we were both talking about our lives and like you alone and asking why? I said we we're waiting for a sign from the big man! this is what i need to hear. been going through several phases of depression, relationship and family issues, and having a hard time with college. i feel like i am insignificant, and not being able to accomplish anything. i am crying. thank you lizzo. this album is very special to me. it's like a healing journey including depression, relationships, and so on. i love you queen ❤
