I love Lizzy... my favorite actor/actress ever. She is like an Indie Rock Artist who never is in the spotlight and doesn't win prestigious awards but has a strong underground following.

Case in point... I had to watch "Hot Tub Time Machine" again to find out what lame character she played in that lame movie but, as it turned out, she had the best character in the movie. Party Down... flipping phenomenal. She is a very private person but I would love to meet her someday... and thank her for inspiring me. (Ironically, her appearance and voice is very similar to my wife's, so it makes me feel very blessed.)

It's a shame more people don't make there own meats. Like sausage. I hunt wild boar, and make my own sausage. Its amazing. With sausage you can utilize all the hog. Add your own seasoning, and grind the cuts you don't normally use.
