Thanks for the memories. I remember very well the girls handing out no8 rock in full costume outside my Dads rock shop in Llandudno. Hard to believe how big that industry was back then. Thanks again.

For all the good times past, thank heavens for the Conwy tunnel cos the Traffic jams thru Conwy in either direction were the stuff of nightmares!!

Everything seems so innocent then and people expected less so were happy and grateful for what they got. It looked like the South of France then with all the boats, etc. Now people demand Mediterranean holidays and if you don't go on one you feel like you're missing out.

I was born and bred in deganwy great place for children to grow up can't fault my own it used to be like a sleepy backwater not anymore made the docks into a marina money talking put more main roads through now its a bit too commercialised miss the local people and the sea live in Chester now
