When Penbarras School and I put on a concert to celebrate Elen’s life in June 2012, it was a dismal day weather wise. Dark low clouds and rain. When I started to sing Anfonaf Angel a ray of sun came into the chapel and shone on the pew where our family was sitting, then another ray shone on me and the harp, before filling the whole chapel with glorious sunshine. Once the song was over the sun went and didn’t return for the rest of the day. Robin Llwyd recollects that moment with these words and Robat Arwyn put them to music.
