Bc I am a track guy pay attention to their arms.. They're are all over the place.. they must have balance and rhythm and the arms keep it synchronized.

Great clip as always, even though their ability in some practices was low they alway got maximum encouragement 👊 these basics when used on good players still sometimes show they have weaknesses so are key Thanks mate 👊

Normal generic boards, mate! You can either DIY or SKLZ has got a board which is more flexible.
