I haven’t gotten to the mine yet, but don’t workers take tools straight from the resource storage if there is none in their station chest? If it’s not working for your mine they may have a proximity on how close they need to be for this to work. In that case just build a resource storage near your mine and you should be set. You could make a worker at the smithy produce pickaxes for them too and you wouldn’t have to touch them at all after that.

They don't seem to. Unless that's an oversight on my part. It's a bit hectic in my town.

They get them from storage, you are correct.

I would suggest taking a blacksmith to craft those pickaxe that they will drop in the storage which the miner will grab from !

hello, actually all the tools that all the workers need, they just have to be in the storage and they use what they need!!

At that point Unlock mine already Why bother with copper? Maybe tin if sewing hut need it But copper? For bronze? Just make iron
