Lobia dosa is protein rich dosa for morning breakfast.
INGREDIENTS:
Lobia 1 cup
Rice 1 tbs
Ginger 1 piece
Green chillies 2-3 nos
Cumin seeds 1 tsp
Water as required
Salt To taste
Onions(chopped) ½ cup
Green chillies(chopped) ½ tsp
Oil 1-2 tsp
METHOD:
1. Soak lobia, rice separately in water for 6 hours or overnight, wash it.
2. Take a mixie jar, add ginger, green chillies, cumin seeds and blend into slightly thick batter and transfer into a bowl.
3. Add, little water, salt and mix nicely.
4. Heat dosa pan and pour one ladleful batter and spread it in circle shape.
5. Sprinkle onions, green chillies, little oil cook it on one side and transfer into serving plate.
6. Now crispy lobia dosa is ready to serve with kheera pickle or ginger pickle.
