Lobo Tiggre of ‪@TheIndependentSpeculator‬ shares his thoughts on gold's new nominal all-time high and uranium's recent pullback.
"I'm putting uranium back on the table again. I'm actually as bullish again now on uranium as I am on gold for this year. I think both are going to do really well," he said on the sidelines of this year's Prospectors & Developers Association of Canada convention.

I have to very respectfully disagree...CCJ made it clear, they are short U and will have to buy in the open market to service those contracts. In the very near near term they are short spot price. That is (IMO) exactly what the market has priced in the past few weeks, hence the decline. Yes, there are buying points, but Cameco started this decline and rightfully so given that quarter reported. You will get them cheaper and you should buy as much as you can allocate to the sector at that time. I'm waiting for risk off, if I miss it then I miss it, but there is always the next exponential opportunity (like silver) which I am positioned for currently.

The "stock market" controls stock prices, but different factors influence the spot price of uranium. It appears that entities that stocked up on U3O8 when it was much cheaper are cashing in. This is the so-called secondary supply. Although the spot price affects stock market sentiment, and equity prices, the important prices are in the long-term contracts that utilities are signing with producers - and we don't have much idea about these.

This is great info. After selling some uranium stocks a month ago near the top, I just put a limit buy on them hopefully at a good price.

I don't like to be picky (well, not much), but the proof is not in the pudding, that makes no sense, the proof (i.e. test) of the pudding is in the eating. See, now it makes sense.

Set = A, video = A, info = A+, sound = F- This digital sound quality was unusual and weird, like "20,000 Leagues Under The Sea" or something. Bad recorder or needs new batteries is my guess.

every producer should commit a part of their production to the spot market, otherwise their sport related contracts are just so easy to manipulate... the spot market needs more volume to get real price discovery

I don't care what anybody says, gold stocks are crap. I've been buying a lot over the last two years, I have so many of them and am pretty much down heavily on all of them. The cost of mining has gone through the roof. Even with higher gold prices nobody seems to give a crap.

The gold price is at a record high and the price of gold stocks has fallen substantially but even the royalty companies still pay a pathetic dividend if they pay any dividend at all. Maybe that's why they are so unloved

very important statement here. The high and moving higher for Gold, is not a real high, in terms of how inflation moved in the last 3.5 years>>>>>> Very interesting, the true increas related to inflation/deflated dollar is $3,300.00 per ounce..... So the price is not returning the effects of inflation yet. Hummmmmmm very interesting very intereting. The explosion on the up side will be much much more, rocket ship, a result when it does move, and it will be quick....... Very, very interesting So in short it is a very very very very good time to purchase hard assets like, and especially Gold, and silver....

They just found 80 tons of gold bars in China to be actually gold plated copper. They usually scam with tungsten which has a closer specific gravity weight. You can run down the US as long as you want but it’s still the cleanest country on earth. Buy solid Uranium, silver and gold stocks and you will become rich beyond imagination
