We visited the Beach kitchen to try their famous Chinese dishes. We went for a lobster noodle and Peking duck lunch and were surprised with a char siu pork dish. They cook it in a tandoori like oven with honey marinade. It was awesome. The chef was an expert on all the Chinese dishes, the way he cut the duck was fantastic, it was like the knives were an extension of his hand. He has a special cooking table that he operated with such skill when cooking the lobster it was a pleasure to watch. The perfect food to eat at such a great location over looking the sea.
Thank you so much to the friendly, professional staff for changing our minds on high-end dining. You can get quality dishes in a beautiful setting and still feel welcomed and comfortable. We will be back for sure.
