Your locs look EXACTLY like mine, I started them in January and they are barely losing the twist pattern except for one twist in my kitchen. I think it will be 2.5-3 years before the pattern starts to fade. I’m so glad I found your channel because none of the KZfaqrs I have watched seem to be experiencing such a slow maturation period.

I actually have loc beads on my locs right now. Lol I didn’t realize you used the same beads. I have the smaller ones and I did used weave thread to secure them. I’ve had them for about 2 years now. I’m in the process of removing them now. When I do my retightening, sometimes they snag my hair and it hurts. The way you installed yours is pretty cool and I will have to give it a go.

Hi, thank you for sharing your video. I am 14 months loc’d and I swear my hair is the same length as the day I started. Lol. I recently purchased loc sprinkles on Etsy, spent $27 just to find out they are too small for my locs. They are not even close to trying to go on. I’m guessing the are the kind to thread, and I’m trying to avoid that. Where did you get your loc beads and what size are they? Any help is appreciated. I have to take a look at your other videos, just by everyone else’s comments, it seems like you have been helpful.
