According to an article, The Moise administration missed the first free dose of the AstraZeneca vaccine and he repeatedly told everyone that "the citizens of Haitians will not be forced to get the Jab". Perhaps this is one theory that suggests such disagreement against vaccinating his people might have got him killed. Similarly, 4 to 5 African Presidents have mysteriously died within 8 months of each other, after speaking against Covid-19 and vaccination.
