Local 4 anchors Devin Scillian and Kimberly Gill are featured in one of the album’s interludes, titled, “Breaking News,” where it’s being reported that Eminem has released a new album trying to cancel himself, and protests are developing outside his Detroit restaurant.

I grew up in North Bay, Ontario and we got our TV from Detroit in the 90s. I remember when Devin started on Channel 4! I cracked a smile when I heard that voice on the album.

I cried. 10/10 storyline. True cinematic masterpiece. It's better than anything in cinema I have ever seen. Quite possibly the greatest movie of all time. From the opening scene, it was clear this movie wasn't kidding around. The first couple of scenes were great at introducing the main protagonist in such a way that it pulled me into their world. Immediately, I became immersed in the film's setting. Right from the get-go, from the protagonists' everyday life, the antagonist was brilliantly foreshadowed through an encounter between the two main characters. It truly felt like a turning point within the story and set up the main conflict later on. Once again, the movie is easy to follow while still being relatable and concise. There isn't any unnecessary filler anywhere to be found. After the encounter, the primary motive for the antagonist is still shrouded in mystery, intriguing the viewer even further, making them wonder what happens next. When the protagonist returns to the initial setting, the atmosphere has completely changed. Through genius writing the director found a way to hint at many future events within the story without spoiling too much. This too makes the viewer question what happens next. All the while, it truly felt as if I was in the protagonists' world. It was as if I was there with them through all their struggles and hardships. As the setting changes, it isn't obvious. However, it is clear that a few things are different. Overall, the feel of the setting is off. The only way to make a viewer recognize such slight changes in the scenery is to catch their attention and hold it throughout the film. It truly is a feat in scriptwriting that a movie like this was even possible to make. As the suspense builds in the slightly-off setting, the viewer is kept on the edge of their seat to find out what happens next. The setting changes once more as the protagonist walks outside once again. There they find the antagonist. In a completely unexpected turn of events, the two characters face off in an epic finale. All the while, the viewer can't look away. In the end, the protagonist remains victorious. It truly is perfect. Nothing comes close in terms of setting, emotion and story than this novel in cinema.
