Patients are shifting to mail order for meds, which are lower cost and more convenient that going to a store. This reduces store foot traffic. Everyone knows that products are more expensive at walgreens then online or at walmart/kroger/Cosco. Only reason to run there is for convenient single items and pay a higher price. But now inflation makes people think twice about that single purchase
