We’re really blessed in this country. We can also grow some of these herbs and spices in our homes. The health benefits of these herbs and spices are immense. My favorite is Cloves, you can never go wrong without it especially for ladies. Thank you for sharing this sister ❤

These spice are so good for our health i love using local herbs for cooking, i know them all but don't know all the names thank you for sharing their name and health benefits with us. Yes oo you can not go wrong with cloves as a lady. 😊

Knowing these spices & herbs has really helped to improve my cooking. Cloves especially Im enjoying the many benefits that comes from it. That bush onions ehn…its really bush onions… its smell is so strong. The first time I got the powdered one in place of the normal powder onions I usually buy... I used it like normal onion lover o😂 but the smell was choking, so I have learnt to reduce it in my meals and we are good now❤ Thanks for this, I don learn new ones😊

very healthy and medicinal, I know and uses some of them but don't actually know all their names(my own na to go local spices shop and when asked what I want to buy, i just tell them wait , i will select them myself 😂😂) let me quickly write them down. thanks for sharing

omoor mehn, that long one you carry is called uyayak in efik language. do you knnow that so many there, i have never used before. yea i kknow fenugreek. the efiks use something different, i have used cloves before.
