Really dangerous how people were just plowing through that blacked out intersection. Shocked there weren’t any accidents

We witnessed a few near misses while preparing to film. Thankfully, there were no reported accidents as a result of that traffic signal outage.

how much rainfall was calculated where you took the video of the road flooding?

Nearly 3 inches of rainfall were measured in Syosset, New York, where the flooding of the I-495 westbound service road experienced minor flooding.
