Compared to all the other fishing channels I watch, Richard seems to love/tespect fishing, the fish, and the Earth, the most. A great guy all around and an extremely skilled and frugal fisherman. Thanks for taking us with you today, Richard. Heck, I knew we'd find some nice crappie. They're healthy on the Tennessee and that's good for this old Knoxville boy to see. I never got to fish Guntersville but it's on my list. I have fished from Forks of the River all the way down to Chicamauga Dam. It's always a pleasure and thank you again.

I really pay attention to the way you fish and I try to duplicate that technique but often times I’m unsuccessful in locating the crappie but I do go fishing when I can because it’s good fer me.

Good to check out your technique but where I fish doesn't have docks mounted on piles (they just float) and no highway bridges nearby mounted either. That seems to be where you catch your fish on these videos. What I do have is 0-40 feet of super muddy water. I'd like to see a video on a general lake like that sometime. Thanks.

Richard Gene, have you ever tried glow-in-the-dark crappie jigs? I've seen them for sale, but haven't talked to anyone who uses them, so I wondered if they work. Love to see you do a video on that subject if you're interested. Thank you for the great education!
