I loved this vlog! It reminded me that it’s normal to have a chill day and that I don’t need to do intense workouts everyday..in fact it is more healthy to have a balanced approach to exercise. Thank you Zanna and congratulations on the bikini, it is gorgeous! 💕

In my country lockdown rules change as well and I don't know how I feel about it as the number of cases is still rising. However, SO many people are struggling financially and emotionally right now, we really need to start getting back to "normal" (or hopefully, going forward into a better world)

You're right about drinking tea during hot days (I love that too and drink tea all year long). They do it a lot in the desert. As a reaction the body to cool down and the hot temperatures are more bearable 😉👍

You're not alone Zanna! haha I'm also very sensitive to almost all shows with violence or just intense emotions 🤣 But what I like to think is that by being a bit more sensitive I'm actually more aware of the things that I consume and the way they can affect my mindset and my mood so maybe we're just more in tune <3
