Welcome to your weekly update from Vienna, the national capital and largest city of Austria. In Vienna we are currently in the fourth lockdown. This walk starts at beautiful Votivkirche (Votiv Church) and ends at another beautiful church, the Karlskirche in Resselpark.
The Vienna Votive Church, a Roman Catholic church next to the Ringstrasse in the Alsergrund district in the immediate vicinity of the main building of the University of Vienna, is one of the most important neo-Gothic sacred buildings in the world.

The Karlskirche in Vienna is a Roman Catholic church in the 4th district of Vienna, Wieden. The Rectorate Church of St. Karl Borromeo belongs to the City Deanery 4/5 in the Vicariate Vienna City of the Archdiocese of Vienna.
