The owner of this dog should put in jail for cruelty and neglect and abandonment. This dog did not deserved to be treated this way thats cruelty to animals. Der arme hund ,so ein niedlicher. Er sollte sowas nicht durchmachen. Der besitzer mus eine schwere Bestrafung bekommen. Wenn man das mit ihm machen würde ,wäre er nicht froh.
