After 4 days of auctions, I finally found a locker worth bidding on, and I bought it. I paid $1,800 for it, which a lot of money, but it looked clean and well organized, and I saw some expensive items which gave me a feeling. So far that feeling has proved correct, as I've found lots of high end items and even cash and gift cards!
The heat wave is relentless, and bringing with it all sorts of problems, including an electrical storm which has lit wild fires all over the Bay Area. But that hasn't stopped me from finding treasures in this locker; wait until you see what we found this time!

Please PLEASE DONATE THE HOTEL SOAPS, shampoos, etc. to shelters! You have been so blessed by this locker. Those little “nothings” mean so much to a homeless or battered women’s shelter. Especially with the heat and Covid. Donations are down everywhere. Thanks! Congratulations on the cash!

Wow Jack some more cold hard cash nice find for sure! Those girls sure were spoiled for sure! I know like you I would not look in and save any and all cash that would come my way, but like you said they look like they got pretty much anything and everything that their little hearts desired. Its a shame because there are so many kids out there that do not get much of anything in their whole life so sad to know that it go's from one extreme to another. Great video Jack, be careful in that heat stay hydrated and don't stay out in it too long you don't want heat stroke. Looking forwarding to watching some of your on line auction tonight. The command strip picture hangers are GOLD for college kids that are going to return to college. EVERYTHING is hung with them. My daughter just went back and she went through a bunch of them!

My ex bf used to leave money in has clothes all the time and I would find it while doing laundry. Anything over a 100 I would give him but anything under I would keep. He knew. He never used a wallet ever. There would be money in the door of the truck, the center console. He was the crew leader and foreman of our roofing company and sometimes he would leave the money we had to pay the guys in the door. A couple times I opened the door and money fell out.

Lightning and thunder on Saturday, very rare for us. Some lightning-strike fires in the area, one small and quickly subdued, but one needing more time to contain. We're fortunate to have an expanded tanker base at the Santa Maria Airport with service available over a wide area. Power also out on Saturday for 5 hours, in BOTH VALLEYS. In the midst of our heat, that's tough. Especially for our elders and hospice patients and their families. Many are on oxygen, but we provide back-up for those folks.---I loved to hear you break out in song! Do that more often!

Would love to know the history of this family. Like you I don't understand how they didn't care about the money they received and then also all of the brand new and even the used things in the locker and they didn't care to pay for their locker and be able to have it all.

We have several fires burning all around us in Colorado. Some very pretty land and places are burning down. Started by lightning and now jumping to different areas. Our neighborhood is like london fog and ashes falling everywhere and the smoke smells awful and everything my house is smelling like smoke. So hot here too and wish I could run my swamp cooler but just make the smell in the house so much worse. We are safe where I live at this time but only about 20 to 30 miles from us. You guys stay safe as you can.

If you got rain it’s not an electrical storm, it’s just a plain rainstorm. Thunder and lightening are just part of thunderstorms. Electrical storms are just lightening. We call it heat lightening.

Folks use the duct tape to make wallets and other things. I appreciate your positive attitude and productivity over some of the other channels. I also like that you seem so accepting of women and your daughters, I never hear any judgment, only care. You are probably the only male reseller that says "maxi pads" and handles bras and I really appreciate it, shows you are a grown up.

Cash is great! You don't have to go to the flea market, list on ebay or auction for it. It's just there for you. I do love it when you find it. You've already found enough cash and gift cards to pretty much cover the cost of the unit. The rest is gravy!

As exciting as it is to find all the money there is a sense of disgust that this family had so little regard for the value of it. The over indulgence is off-putting. I am glad you shared it with us, I've loved this journey with you.
