bridge is formed from both the sides of the z line and the actin simultaneously come to the myosin and the sarcomere distance decreases rapidly fro the both sides so my question is does the saromere distance becomes negligible or the both actin merges with each other please answer

Mam, if muscle contract it doesn't relax by its own ,if ach and Na depolarizing membrane then how the mechanism is stopped
