My video clips were filmed between ~ 10:30 to 13:30 on a Tuesday from the Eastern end of the station.

Verdict: Freight consists mainly of trains to and from areas in and around London, so not a great deal of loco variety. You also have the sleeper trains come through and no doubt some rail tours. Another good location to see super sheds (59's).
It's not my favourite for loco action, but I do like the station for other traction.it can get very busy at times, which means you have to accept missing the odd movement now and again.
